Jack Fuller

Jack Fuller is a coauthor, with Martin Reeves and Julien Legrand, of Boston Consulting Group’s 2018 article Your Strategy Process Needs a Strategy. Its central distinction is between selecting an approach to strategy and building the process that puts it into practice. The authors describe different processes for relatively predictable markets, changing conditions, market creation, collaborative ecosystems and situations requiring renewal.

When the article appeared, Fuller was a consultant in BCG’s New York office and an ambassador to the BCG Henderson Institute. He also coauthored BCG’s 2018 article Your Change Needs a Strategy, which examines how organizational change may call for different approaches. BCG identifies him as the founder and CEO of Casati Health. Fuller and Reeves later coauthored The Imagination Machine; that book is outside the supplied related-books catalog.
