Eunice Eun is listed by the Yale School of Management as a doctoral student in organizations and management. Her stated research interests include team dynamics and the meaning of work.
Eun coauthored “Stop the Meeting Madness” with Leslie A. Perlow and Constance Noonan Hadley. Published in Harvard Business Review in 2017, the article examines meeting overload and argues for looking at a team’s meeting practices as a system rather than fixing each meeting in isolation.
Eun also coauthored research on information sharing in global teams. In an ethnographic study of two teams with members in the United States and China, the researchers examined how conversations within local subgroups shaped what was shared with the wider team. The study offers a way to think about what a meeting leaves unsaid, but its two-team setting should not be treated as a universal estimate of meeting effectiveness.
